If you are reading this, and you are either former or active US military, I would like to take the time to express my absolute gratitude to you for your gift of personal freedom to me. And the rest of my countrymen. I have not served in the military myself, but from family to friends, I know many who have. All service personnel hold a special place in my heart; past, present, and future.
I do not know any of the people who appear in the following Kodachrome memories. They may still be living. They may not. Some may have given the last full measure of devotion. I post these here so that we all may see their images and remember. If not for such as these… who knows. Where did we find them? Will we ever find them again? The answer is entirely up to us.
